Grand Ballroom
An indoor venue with a size of 1,600 sqm located on M1 floor. This grand ballroom could be divided into two to four smaller areas.
Sky Garden
An outdoor venue with a size of 700 sqm located on Podium Level (PL) floor. This venue consists of restaurant’s terrace (with canopy), open space and helipad.
The Square Restaurant
An indoor venue with a size of 483 sqm located on Podium Level (PL) floor. This venue is integrated with the terrace at Sky Garden.
Sixth Sense
an outdoor venue with a size of 500 sqm located on Podium Level (PL) floor. This venue has swimming pool in the middle of the area about 178 sqm.

Various selected menus for buffet, food stalls and set menu. They are divided into Indonesian, Western and Asian dishes. All menus are Halal and MSG free. We also open for any advice for any food allergies possibility. Our hotel does not provide threatened fish species to support the Planet 21 Environment program.

- How long does the guest need to book for wedding event?
At least 6 months before the wedding day. - What kind of wedding package does Novotel Tangerang have?
We have vary of wedding packages that available indoor and outdoor. - What is our grand ballroom capacity?
For round table, maximum of 72 tables of 10 persons, or up to 1,500 persons in standing reception. Our grand ballroom also could be divided into smaller spaces depends on your needs for your wedding day. - Is the wedding planner included in the wedding packages?
No, it is not included. However, we have references for the wedding planners to assist preparing your wedding day. - Do you have wedding specialist in the hotel?
Yes, we have wedding specialists in the hotel that could assist you to choose the wedding package and give recommendations on the wedding arrangement such as decor, wedding planners, entertainment, etc. - When should the bride and groom finalize the menu, program and set up?
We will arrange a final meeting with you (bride and groom) and all vendors who take part on the wedding arrangement at least 3 weeks before the wedding day. - Is it possible to have food tasting before the wedding day?
Yes, it is included in the wedding package. We suggest you to have the food tasting on the chosen menu 2 months before the wedding day. Please also complete the payment before the food tasting. - What is your term of payment?
To confirm the space or venue, we require a down payment 30% upon confirm the booking made. Final payment is required to be settled 1 month before the wedding day.
